These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and purchase of skincare products (“Products”) from Olami Glow (“Seller”) by customers (“Customers”). By placing an order with Olami Glow, Customers agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Order Acceptance:
   1.1. Orders placed by Customers are subject to acceptance by Olami Glow. Acceptance of an order occurs when Olami Glow confirms the order by email or when the Products are dispatched, whichever comes first.
   1.2. Olami Glow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing and Payment:
   2.1. Prices for Products are as displayed on the Olami Glow website or as quoted by Olami Glow representatives.
   2.2. All payments must be made in the currency specified by Olami Glow at the time of purchase.
   2.3. Payment for Products, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, must be made in full before the Products are dispatched.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
   3.1. Olami Glow will make every effort to ensure that Products are delivered within the estimated delivery times provided. However, these are only estimates, and Olami Glow shall not be liable for any delivery delays.
   3.2. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address specified in the order.
   3.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Olami Glow shall not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the Customer.
4. Returns and Refunds:
   4.1. Olami Glow accepts returns of Products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in the Returns Policy available on the Olami Glow website.
   4.2. To initiate a return, Customers must contact Olami Glow customer service and obtain a return authorization.
   4.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees, upon receipt and inspection of the returned Products.
5. Product Information and Disclaimer:
   5.1. Olami Glow makes every effort to accurately display and describe the Products on its website. However, Olami Glow does not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
   5.2. Customers acknowledge that individual results may vary when using skincare products, and Olami Glow makes no guarantees regarding the efficacy of its Products for any specific individual.
6. Intellectual Property:
   6.1. All intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, belong to Olami Glow.
   6.2. Customers agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Products or any content provided by Olami Glow without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
   7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
   7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
8. Amendments:
   8.1. Olami Glow reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Olami Glow website.
   8.2. Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Products after the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By placing an order with Olami Glow, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
