Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your Olami Glow skincare purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please contact us at info@olamoglow.co.za to arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs associated with the exchange.
